Karl Lagerfeld doesn’t come to New York very often to grace us with his presence, so this is major news. On September 6 he’ll pop into the Macy’s Herald Square flagship for a “very exclusive celebration” to fete the designer’s capsule collection for the retailer.

The collection promises to have Lagerfeld’s signature styles high-collared pieces and rock’n’roll looks. Lagerfeld’s capsule collection will only be carried in 200 Macy’s stores nationwide.
