Autzen Stadium, home of the University of Oregon Ducks football team, has seen the team rise to be the most successful football program in the Pac-12 over the last 10 years. As part of a grand vision and commitment to have their athletics facilities at equal standing, the University of Oregonrecently completed a multi-million dollar project to expand on the Athletic Department’s Len Casanova Center. With funding coming solely from Nike co-founder, Phil Knight, the Casanova Center includes a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq foot weight room, new offices for the coaching staff, audio/visual studios, conference rooms and nearly 8 tons of weight available across its two floors. Just outside of the the weight room is a manicured grass field for speed and mobility drills, which will eventually be expanded to support the University’s women’s soccer and lacrosse programs.
